Dr. Joseph Wysocki, Ph.D., is the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and Dean and founder of the Honors College at Belmont Abbey College. He has taught Government and Political Philosophy at the Abbey since 2010. He is deeply interested in classical political philosophy, Constitutional Law, and American political thought, especially Alexis de Tocqueville’s thought. Joe received his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Belmont Abbey College and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science at Baylor University.
