Provide Opportunities to foster a Holistic College Experience
College is not only about receiving an excellent academic education but it’s about growing into the person you are meant to be. Students learn just as much outside the classroom as they do inside the classroom and the Office of Student Life provides opportunities and environments to foster personal development and community.
This Founders’ Day, the Office of Student Life is fundraising to enhance the spiritual and social opportunities on campus.
When you make a gift today, your gift will:
- Reupholstering of the pews in the St. Joseph’s Chapel so that scores of Belmont Abbey students will continue to grow in their relationship with Christ. (designation: St. Joseph Chapel)
- Make improvements for our outdoor spaces on the quad such as electrical outlets or an outdoor stage to help us do more outdoor events like the crawfish broil or abbey fest. (designation: Residence Life)
- Redo the volleyball pits outside the dorms so that students can relax and make new friends over a pick-up game of volleyball.(designation: Residence Life)
Make a Gift to Support Student Life Today!
And, as a special thank you during the Founders’ Day Challenge, each donation of $5 or more will get a special Belmont Abbey Gift!
“As a student, I loved all of the opportunities to be involved on campus. While there were many opportunities for me to be involved in leadership on campus myself, my favorite thing was to see my friends and classmates starting and leading clubs that they really cared about. I liked growing with my friends through supporting their efforts and learning from them outside of the classroom and around campus.”
